Alberta Bicycle Association

The Alberta Bicycle Association (ABA) is the affiliated Provincial Sport Organization (PSO) of the Canadian Cycling Association (CCA). The mission of the ABA is to facilitate introduction to organized cycling and develop a strong competitive cycling program while protecting and advocating the rights of cyclists.
The Board of Directors and Committees of the ABA is elected by the general membership at the Annual General Meeting every November. All members and clubs have the opportunity run and vote for members of the Board. The Board and Committees meet throughout the year to plan and coordinate the programs and services offered by the Association to our membership. The ABA employs full time staff to administer the day-to-day operations of the ABA. The ABA also relies on volunteers including, coaches, commissaires, race organizers, Board and Committee members.

Cycling BC is the provincial governing body for the sport of cycling in British Columbia. We represent the full range of disciplines including Road, Track & Cyclo-cross, Mountain Biking and BMX.

The International Mountain Bicycling Association is a non-profit educational association whose mission is to create, enhance and preserve great trail experiences for mountain bikers worldwide.
Since 1988, IMBA has been bringing out the best in mountain biking by encouraging low-impact riding, volunteer trailwork participation, cooperation among different trail user groups, grassroots advocacy and innovative trail management solutions.
IMBA's worldwide network includes 32, 000 individual members, more than 450 bicycle clubs, more than 130 corporate partners and about 200 bicycle retailers. IMBA's members live in all 50 U.S. states, most Canadian provinces and in 30 other countries.
IMBA's headquarters are located in Boulder, Colorado, at the base of the Rocky Mountains. The IMBA Canada office is located in Collingwood, Ontario. We currently have 22 staff members and 9 volunteer directors.
